About Leah White, MSN, RN, LNC

Leah White is a Master’s-prepared Registered Nurse and  Legal Nurse Consultant with over a decade of experience in pediatric and home health care. In her current leadership role, she successfully launched and directs a fully accredited home health agency, where she developed comprehensive clinical policies, led multidisciplinary teams, and implemented quality improvement initiatives that reduced hospital readmissions and enhanced patient satisfaction.

Before moving into leadership, Leah worked as a Case Management Nurse at a nationally recognized children’s hospital, specializing in pediatric neurology and critical care coordination. Her expertise in care planning, payer communication, and patient advocacy helped ensure timely and effective discharges for medically complex children. Leah began her career as a bedside nurse, delivering high-quality care across multiple pediatric units including NICU, cardiology, orthopedics, and respiratory care. Her strong clinical foundation, combined with executive-level oversight, makes her uniquely equipped to bridge the gap between medicine and law. Through White Medical Legal Consulting Group, Leah brings her deep clinical insight, leadership experience, and analytical skills to support attorneys with clear, accurate, and objective medical-legal case evaluations.
